摘　　要：继基因组和蛋白质组之后,以研究信息的第三类大分子——糖复合物上的聚糖的结构和功能为主要内容的糖组学,引起越来越多的关注。凝集素,作为一种研究聚糖结构的重要工具,由于其高度的特异性,在糖组学研究中正发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文主要对近几年发展起来的凝集素芯片的研究现状进行了阐述。Glycomes has been proposed as the third class of biologically inherited, informative macromolecules, together with genome and proteome. Lectin, as a tool for the study on glycomes, able to recognize sugars in a highly specific manner, plays a key role in the study on glycomes. This review focuses on the present studies on lectin chip, based on the lectin specificity.
