摘　　要：前列腺素转运蛋白是介导前列腺素PGE2和PGF2α跨膜运输的主要分子。前列腺素转运蛋白可将前列腺素转运入细胞内,进行胞内信号转导或代谢灭活来调节其局部作用。本文对前列腺素转运蛋白(PGT)的生物学特性、转运机制、表达调控、组织分布及功能做一综述。Prostaglandin transporter is the main molecule which mediates prostaglandin PGE2 and PGF2a transmembrane transporting. Prostaglandin transporter can transport prostaglandin into cells, and regulates their local effects through intrac- ellular signal transduction or metabolic inactivation. This review gives an overview of the biological characteristic, transport mechanism, expression regulation, tissue distribution and function of prostaglandin transporter.
