摘  要:目的:探讨转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)基因509C/T单核苷酸多态性及其血清水平与子痫前期-子痫的关系。方法:用酶免法测定52例子痫前期-子痫患者及68例健康对照者血清TGFβ1水平,用聚合酶链反应扩增TGFβ1-509C/T基因片段,Eco81I内切酶进行限制性酶切反应并经测序证实。结果:52例子痫前期-子痫患者及68例正常对照TGFβ1-509C/T基因型及等位基因频率均无显著差异,而血浆中TGFβ1水平,子痫前期-子痫组明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清TGFβ1水平显著升高提示炎性反应在子痫前期-子痫病程中有重要作用,TGFβ1-509C/T基因多态性与子痫前期-子痫无关。Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum levels of TGFβ1 and its polymorphism and eclampsia/pre-eclampsia. Methods: Serum level of TGFβ1 was measured by ELISA,and the polymorphism of TGFβ1-509C/T gene was screened by PCR-RELP. Results: Eclampsia/pre-eclampsia group showed significantly higher serum level of TGFβ1 than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference between eclampsia/pre-ec- lampsia group and the control group for TGFβ1-509C/T polymorphism (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion:Serum TGFI31 increases in eclampsia/pre-eclampsia and there is no association between TGFβ1-509C/T polymorphisms and eclampsia/pre-eclampsia.
