摘 要:利用联用色谱建立了黄芪中黄酮类化合物色谱指纹图谱,用相关化学计量学方法和黄芪黄酮类化合物标准谱对照,定性鉴定出八个黄酮类化合物,进而建立了4个产地黄芪中黄酮类化合物特征色谱指纹图谱,表明不同产地同种药材间的相关性。该方法能用于不同产地中药黄芪的真伪和优劣的鉴别,为以后黄芪活性化合物的定性定量关系研究及质量控制提供基础。High performance liquid chromatograph-diode array detection (HPLC-DAD) was applied to establish fingerprints of flavonoids in radix astragali. Qualitative analysis of flavonoids in radix astragali was completed by relative chemometric methods and standard UV spectral of flavonoids in radix astragali. Eight flavonoids were identified. Furthermore, reasonably chromatographic fingerprint of flavonoids in Radix Astragali from four different origins was established. The results showed the correlation among radix astragali from different origins. The method can be used for identification of radix astragali and provide foundation for the study of active compound in Radix Astragali and for quality control of radix astragali.
