摘　　要：基金托管人在我国证券投资基金中承担着保管基金资产,监督基金管理人投资运作的职能。与资本市场发达国家相比,我国的基金托管人扮演着消极被动的角色,可以参考公司型基金的董事会和独立董事制度,对基金托管人制度进行改革创新。Fund Trustee assumes responsibility for the custody of the funds, investment and operation in portfolio fund of our country. Compared with developed countries, fund trustee acts as passive role, so we can innovate fund trustee system by referring directory and outside director system.
