摘　　要：制度创新是外在性变化促成了潜在利润的形成,外部性、规模经济、风险和交易费用引起收入的潜在增加不能内在化时就会引发新制度的创新。这里以制度经济为理论基础,通过分析我国农户小规模分散经营的市场环境与交易成本,提出农业产业化经营是我国农业制度变迁的必然选择。Institutional innovation is the change in external led to the formation of potential profits. When externalities, economies of scale, risk and transaction costs can＇t internalizedthe potential increase in income , the innovation of new system occurs. The paper puts forward that agricultural industrialization management is an inevitable choice for agricultural system change by analyzing market operating environment and transaction cost of dispersed small - scale farmers based on institutional economics.
