摘  要:分别以(NH4)2CO3、K2CO3和H2C2O4为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法制备了Co0.7Ce0.3Co2O4催化剂,考察了沉淀剂对甲烷催化燃烧反应性能的影响,并运用XRD、BET和TPR等方法对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,沉淀剂种类对催化剂的催化活性、结构、比表面积和还原能力等均有一定的影响,其中以K2CO3为沉淀剂所制备的Co0.7Ce0.3Co2O4催化剂具有最好的催化活性(T10=262℃,T100=428℃)和热稳定性,因为该催化剂的晶格畸变率、孔容、比表面积和氧活动性较大,晶粒度较小,表观活化能较低。Co0.7Ce0.3Co2O4 catalysts were prepared by co- precipitation method using (NH4)2CO3, K2CO3 and H2CaO4 as precipitating agents respectively, investigated in catalytic combustion of methane reaction and characterized by means of XRD, BET and H2 - TPR techniques. Results indicated that effects of precipitating agents on catalytic activity, structure, surface area and reduction a- bility of the catalysts were obvious. The best catalytic activity and thermal stability were shown by the Co0.7Ce0.3Co2O4 catalyst prepared with K2CO3 precipitating agent, which could be explained in terms of larger lattice distortion, pore volume, surface area and oxygen mobility, smaller crystal size and lower apparent activation.
