摘 要:采用稀土微肥对盐胁迫下黄豆幼苗抗氧化酶活性的影响进行了研究。结果表明,随着盐浓度增加,黄豆幼苗的丙二醛(MDA)含量增多,细胞膜透性增大,抗氧化酶SOD、CAT的活性呈先上升后下降的趋势,POD呈逐渐上升趋势;与盐胁迫处理组相比,施用稀土微肥后的复合处理组SOD、CAT活性均增大,且活性最高峰向盐浓度增大的方向推移,POD活性、MDA均有所降低,细胞膜透性变小。说明稀土微肥对盐胁迫造成幼苗的损伤具有一定的修复作用。Effect of salinity stress on soybean seedling and the function of rare earth elements (REE) were studied. The results showed that under salinity stress, the content of MDA increased gradually. Activity of SOD and CAT increased and then decreased, peroxidedase (POD) activity increased; compared with the soybean seedling under salinity stress, after being treated by rare earth elements (REE), the overall level of SOD activity and CAT activity were increased and the peak value of activity variation were moved forward to the direction of higher density while the POD activity reduced to some extent. It is obvious that REE can weaken the damage of soybean seedling caused by NaCl and has certain repair function to the injury of soybean ander salinity stress.
