摘  要:进行了铝镁热还原无水氯化钪制备铝镁钪中间合金的研究,并且进行了铝镁钪中间合金小型试验;氩气搅拌试验及熔盐钟罩压入加氩气搅拌的铝镁钪中间合金试验。小型试验和扩大试验都取得了较好指标,基本确定了铝镁钪中间合金制备的工艺条件,已为半工业试验打下一定基础。Study on the Al-Mg-Sc-bearing master alloys prepared by aluminum-magnesium thermal reduction was done and the scandium- bearing master alloys test was carried out. Then the test with argon stirring and the tests with argon stirring and adding molten salt in ~ jars were conducted. A practical index has been achievd in the small - scale test and enlarged experiment. The best condition of making Al-Mg-Sc - bearing master alloys was determined. The foundation has been built for semi - industrial test.
