摘 要:复杂产品的装配顺序受多种因素的综合影响,为得到装配顺序的最佳方案,提出一种改进的复杂产品装配顺序模糊评价方法。采用基于数值的定量指标与基于规则的定性指标相结合、效益型指标与成本型指标相结合的原则,引入强制判定权重法(FD法)与模糊数学中最大隶属度原则实现对装配顺序优劣程度的多目标综合评价。所提方法在某机型组件装配中得到应用,验证了方法的有效性。The efficiency of an assembly sequence for complex products is affected by many elements. In order to find the optimal assembly sequence,this paper presented an improved assembly sequence fuzzy evaluation for complex products, which combined the quantitative indexes with qualitativeones,and combined the benefit--type rules with the cost--type ones. Then forced decision(FD) was introduced and the most membership function in the fuzzy math was used to actualize the multi-- objective fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. A case of aircraft component was also studied and this method can be proven to solve practical applications quit well.
