摘 要:针对集束电极电火花加工可实现大流量多孔内冲液,极间工作液流速相对传统冲液方式显著增加,使其放电波形呈现出无有害拉弧、较频繁的短暂短路、长延时及间隙电压上升、放电电流下降的特点,通过对多孔内冲液与传统单孔内冲液方式下的极间流场进行数值模拟和对比,分析了这些波形特征的成因,为设计和优化集束电极电火花加工的伺服进给、控制和脉冲电源自适应系统提供了必要的依据。Due to adoption of large fluid flow multi--hole flushing in bunched--electrode EDM, a powerful effective flushing can be obtained. As a result, gap states with new characteristics, such as: no arc, frequent temporary short, long breakdown time lag and increase of gap voltage with decrease of discharge current were discovered. Hence, based on simulations of dielectric fluid flow field, the comparison between multi--hole flushing and traditional injection flushing were conducted to analyze the causes for those gap states. It provides the preparation of special design about monitor, control and pulse generator adaptive systems in bunched--electrode EDM.
