摘 要:目的:观察开口箭皂苷对实验性高脂血症小鼠血脂代谢的影响及对胆固醇吸收的抑制作用。方法:给小鼠灌食高脂乳剂,并设空白对照、模型对照、洛伐他汀阳性对照、地奥心血康剂量组和开口箭皂苷治疗组。分别测定血脂生化指标,检测药物对离体胆固醇微胶粒形成的抑制作用,并在光镜下观察主动脉的病变情况。结果:与模型组比较,灌食与腹腔注射开口箭皂苷均能明显降低血清TC、LDL-c及TC/HDL-c和LDL-c/HDL-c,亦能显著升高HDL-c;高剂量治疗组病理检查可见主动脉粥样硬化症状明显减轻;且开口箭皂苷可在一定程度上抑制肠道中胆固醇微胶粒的形成。结论:开口箭皂苷能治疗实验性高脂血症,抑制胆固醇微胶粒与动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成。OBJECTVE To observe the effect of saponin extracted from Tupistra chinensis Baker on blood lipid metabolism and the inhibition of cholesterol absorption in experimental hyperlipidemia rats. METHODS Mice being fed with fat emulsion were randomly divided by several groups, blank control, model, positive control drug and drug control group, the effect on blood-fat biochemical indicator, the inhibition of cholesterol indexmicrozyme and the lesions of aorta in the rat models were observed. RESULTS Compared with model group, TC, LDL-c, TC/HDL-c and LDL-c/HDL-c were decreased significantly and HDL-c were significantly increased by giving different dose of saponin in experimental hyperlipidemia rats; high-dose group could relieve the symptom of AS; Besides, the saponin could inhibit the formation of cholesterol indexmicrozyme in the intestinal tract to some extent. CONCLUSION Saponin extracted from Tupistra chinensis Baker can heal experimental hyperlipidemia; inhibit the formation of cholesterol indexmicrozyme and atherosclerotic plaque.
