摘  要:目的:研究竹节参多糖的抗衰老作用。方法:将昆明种小鼠按体质量随机分组,分别给予生理盐水、D-半乳糖、香菇菌多糖、竹节参多糖。测定胸腺和脾脏指数,取血、肝、脑测定丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶。结果:竹节参多糖可以拮抗胸腺和脾脏萎缩,显著降低丙二醛含量并提高超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活力。结论:竹节参多糖可通过小鼠调节机体免疫功能、清除自由基等方面发挥其延缓衰老的作用。OBJECTIVE To study the anti-aging effect of polysaccharides from Pana.rjaponicus in mice. METHODS Ran dom groups were prepared by body and were given with NaCI liquor,D-galactose, letinan and polysaccharides from Panax japonicus. The activity of SOD and contents of MDA in serum of the mice were determined with UV. The activity of GSH-PX in liver and CAT in brain were measured too. Meanwhile,mice were weighted and thymus and spleen were taken out to weight with electronic balance. Wet mass of organs was used to express indexes of thymus and spleen so as to observe the effect on immunological function. RESULTS The polysaccharides from Panax japonicus could resist the atrophy of thymus and spleen, MDA contents in serum were decreased in mice,SOD,GSH-PX and CAT activity in blood.liver and brain were increased obviously. CONCLUSION The polysaccharides from Panax japonicus could delay caductiy postpone senility through immune-regulation and eliminating free radicals.
