摘 要:以富贵菜叶片、茎段为外植体,诱导过程中定期取样进行石蜡制片,观察不定芽分化过程中细胞组织学变化及不定根的发育过程。结果表明:脱分化始于叶缘周围细胞;形态发生的主要方式是由愈伤组织分化出不定芽;再生植株茎内无潜伏根原基;不定根由诱生根原基发育形成,诱生根起源于束间形成层,约12 d后,不定根原基发育为幼小不定根并伸出周皮之外。The histological changes of adventitious buds and the development of adventitious roots had been observed termly by olefin slice of leaf and stem of gynura divaricata DC. during induced process. The results showed that the dedifferentiation started from the ceils at the edge of leaf cut; the major way of morphogenesis was adventitious buds differentiated from the ealli; there were no latent root primodium in the stem of regenerated plant; the adventitious roots developed from induced root primordia, which 12 days later than induced root originated from interfascicular cambium.
