摘　　要：统计分析了１９５１～１９９５年西北太平洋强热带气旋①活动的气候特征和大气环流特征及其相互关系。结果表明，５０和６０年代是强热带气旋活动异常期，６０和７０年代是台风活动异常期。并指出台风与副热带高压、西风环流。he climatic characteristics of the severe tropical cyclone activities over the Northwest Pacific and general circulation features of atmosphere and their relationship from 1951 to 1995 were statistically analysed. The results show that 1950s and 1960s were two periods of anomalous severe tropical cyclone activities. 1960s and 1970s were two periods of anomalous typhoon activities. It was pointed out that typhoons were well correlated with the subtropical high, the westerly circulation and the Qinghai Xizang Plateau index.
