光量子合补肾化痰化瘀方药治疗高脂血症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察光量子疗法合补肾化痰化瘀方药治疗原发性高血脂症的临床疗效。方法:将120例高脂血症患者随机分为2组,治疗组给予光量子疗法合补肾化痰化瘀方药治疗。对照组予以地奥脂必妥治疗。观察血脂谱指标的变化,疗程结束后进行疗效评价。结果:治疗后治疗组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平显著降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平明显升高,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较,差异也有显著性意义(P<0.05),说明治疗组有明显的降血脂作用,且疗效优于对照组。结论:光量子疗法合补肾化痰化瘀方药是治疗高脂血症的一种有效疗法。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of photons combined herbs with actions of tonifying kidney and resolving phlegm and blood-stasis for the treatment of hyperlipidemis. Methods:One hundred and twenty patients were randomised into 2 groups:the treatment group received photons combined herbs with actions of tonifying kidney and resolving phlegm and bloodstasis, and the control group received Zhibituo Tablets.The blood lipid levels were observed and the therapeutic effect after treatment was evaluated.Results:The serum levels of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride(TG),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were decreased,and serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) was increased in the treatment group after treatment(P<0.05 compared with those before treatment and with those in the control group). Conclusion:Photons combined herbs with actions of tonifying kidney and resolving phlegm and blood-stasis shows certain effect for the treatment of hyperlipidemia.
