小金丸结合光电离子治疗仪治疗乳腺增生症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察小金丸结合光电离子治疗仪治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效。方法:将250例乳腺增生症患者,随机分为2组。治疗组采用小金丸结合光电离子治疗仪治疗;对照组单纯采用小金丸治疗。结果:2组临床疗效比较,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组失访18例,失访率为14.40%;对照组失访31例,失访率为24.80%,治疗组失访率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小金丸结合光电离子治疗仪治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiaojinwan combined with light-electron -ion therapeutic machine for the treatment of mammary hyperplasia.Methods:Two hundred and fifty mammary hyperplasia patients were randomised into 2 groups.The treatment group received oral use of Xiaojinwan combined irradiation with light-electron-ion therapeutic machine, and the control group received irradiation with light-electron-ion therapeutic machine only.Results: The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).There were 18(14.4%) patients loss of follow-up in the treatment group,and 31 (24.80%) in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaojinwan combined with light-electron-ion therapeutic machine is effective for the treatment of mammary hyperplasia.
