穴位埋线结合电针治疗单纯性肥胖症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察脐周八穴埋线加电针治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效。方法:全部80例病人随机分为治疗组、电针组各40例。治疗组采用穴位埋线结合电针治疗,对照组单纯采用电针治疗。观察治疗前后体重、腰臀比(WHR)、体重指数(BMI)等的变化。结果:总有效率治疗组为87.5%,电针组为75.0%,2组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组各年龄段间、各证型间近期疗效愈显率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组WHR、体重、BMI与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后的WHR、BMI比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),而2组体重比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:脐周八穴为主的埋线加电针是比较理想的治疗脾虚型单纯性肥胖症的方法之一。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint embedding therapy(AET) combined with electroacupuncture(EA) for the treatment of simple obesity.Methods:Eighty patients were equally randomized into 2 groups:combination group(AET+EA) and the control group (EA alone).The changes of body weight,waist hip ratio(WHR),body mass index(BMI) were observed in both groups after treatment Results:The total effective rate was 87.5%in the combination group and 75.0%in the control group,the difference being insignificant between the two groups(P>0.05).The difference of short-term cured and markedly effective rate was significant between different age groups and syndromes in the treatment group(P<0.05).WHR,body weight and BMI were improved in both groups after treatment(P<0.05 compared with those before treatment),and the improvement of WHR and BMI was obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05),However,the difference of body weight was insignificant between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion;AET combined with EA is one of the effective therapies for the treatment of simple obesity.
