摘  要:研究包芯纱和Sirofil纱纬平针织物的保暖效果。采用水溶性维纶长丝与棉粗纱为原料,在环锭细纱机上分别纺制了包芯纱、Sirofil纱以及相应线密度的纯棉纱,分别测试了包芯纱,Sirofil纱的强力、毛羽、条干及退维前后纵向形态和横截面形态,认为退维后包芯纱具有中空结构,Sirofil纱具有多孔结构。采用这些纱线分别织造纬平针织物,通过测试并比较织物的保暖性、透气性、硬挺度、顶破强力,认为当水溶性维纶含量在20%~25%时,制得的包芯纱织物和Sirofil纱织物保暖效果较理想;随着维纶含量的增大,包芯纱织物和Sirofil纱针织物的透气性增大.顶破强度和硬挺度减小。Warmth retention property of core-spun yarn and Sirofil yarn knitted fabric were researched. Dissoluble vinylon filament and cotton roving were adopted as raw material, core-spun yarn, Sirofil yarn and corresponding linear density cotton yarn were spun on ring spinning frame. Strength, hairiness, evenness,longitudinal morphology and cross section morphology before and after dissolving vinylon were tested respectively. It is considered that core-spun yarn pos- sesses hollow structure after vinylon was dissolved,Sirofil yarn possesses porous structure. Weft plain knitted fabric was woven by this yarn respectively. Through testing fabric warmth retention, air permeability, stiffness and bursting strength, it is considered that warmth retention of core-spun yarn fabric and Sirofil yarn fabric are better when dissoluble vinylon filament content is 20% to 25%. Air permeability of core-spun yarn fabric and Sirofil yarn fabric will increased when vinylon content is increased, while stiffness and bursting strength will reduced.
