摘　　要：探讨E62型精梳机的性能特点。介绍了E62型精梳机主要技术规格与机构的性能特点,在生产CJ 18.2 tex纱时,对主牵伸倍数、顶梳刺入深度等工艺参数进行了试验。结果表明,E62型精梳机在合理工艺配置下,各方面性能较佳,排除结杂和短绒能力较强,棉条条干水平好。同时也指出了设备运行中的不足以及实际生产应用及维护中应注意的事项。Performance characteristics of E62 comber were discussed. Main technical specifications and mechanism performance characteristics of.E62 comber were introduced. When spinning CJ 18.2 tex yarn,main draft multiple, top comb depth et al processing parameter were tested. The result shows when processing of E62 comber are set rational- ly the machine properties are better,neps,impurity and short fibre content could be eliminated well, sliver evenness are better as well. Shortages in equipment function and things should be paid attention to in practical application and mainte- nance is pointed out at the same time.
