浆纱毛羽的影响因素与控制措施

摘　　要：探讨浆纱工艺参数对浆纱毛羽的影响。对比分析了浆料配方、覆盖系数、浆纱车速、烘燥温度等工艺参数对浆纱毛羽数量的影响情况。认为:优化浆料配方,降低浆纱覆盖系数,优选浆纱车速、烘燥温度、后上蜡和湿分绞等上浆工艺参数,能有效减少浆纱毛羽,从而提高织造效率和下机实物质量。Effect of sizing processing parameter on sizing hairiness were discussed. Influential situation of processing parameter on sizing hairiness were contrasted and analysed, which includes size instruction, cover coefficient, sizing speed,drying temperature et al. It is considered that sizing hairiness could be reduced efficiently,weaving efficiency and product quality after loom could be improved by optimizing sizing instruction,reducing sizing covering coefficient,selecting better sizing speed,drying temperature,after waxing and wet split et al processing parameter.
