摘　　要：为了消除OMNI-plus型喷气织机上的开车痕,以C 14.5/14.5 523.5/283.4 268.7二上一下左斜纹为例,通过分析纬停、经停或其他停车后开车出现开车痕的原因,认为消除开车痕需优化上机工艺、调节送经自动运动和卷取机构消除开车痕程序。通过调节各项工艺设置以及各补偿功能参数,每百匹布开车痕所占疵布由7%降为0.8%,保证了产品质量。To eliminate starting marks in OMNI-plus air-jet loom, C 14.5/14.5 523.5/283.4 268.7 two-up-onedown left twill were taken as example, through analysing starting marks caused by weft stop, warp stop or other kinds stop, it is considered that loom parameter should be optimized, eliminating starting marks program of let-off and take-up should be adjusted. Through adjusting each processing settings and compensation functional parameter, per hundred piece cloth starting marks percentage could be reduced from 7% to 0.8% and product quality could be ensured.
