摘  要:从水力学基本原理出发,将闪蒸盐水流过U型底节流孔及强化闪蒸的溢流挡板的过程视为水力学中的宽顶堰出流、平板闸下淹没出流、消力池、薄壁堰过流等四种现象,推导出一套计算U型底节流孔开度的单相理论模型,其计算结果与大型生产装置上的实测值有良好的一致性。In MSF system,Saline Orifice as an interstage sealing device is a key factor to understand the mechanism of flow regulating and flash efficiency.In this paper, a Ubottom and a vertical baffle are adopted in the interstage flow arrangement. This new design helps to propel the entering saline water to the free surface,promotes evaporation rates and maintains normal operating at low brine level.For the design,a singlephase flow model based on hydraulic theory is established.The model takes account of the effects of various parameters such as the size of Ubottom,height of vertical baffle,saline flow rate,liquid level,sluice gate edge.the size of flash chamber and sluice gate opening.The model simulations are generally in good agreement with the actual data of Dagang Power Station.Therefore,this model is the effective means in studies on dynamics of MSF system.
