摘　　要：对多年来针灸效应产生的机制加以述评,提出针灸效应的实现最终是通过细胞信号转导所介导的,针灸对机体功能的调节是针灸刺激引起机体某些活性物质的释放,继而激活靶细胞的信号转导通路,最终导致一系列的生物效应。To review the Acupuncture and Moxibustion effect mechanism,present that the Acupuncture and Moxibustion effect are realized by the cell signal transduction. The acupuncture and moxibustion can stimulate the release of the certain active substance, activate the signal transduction gateway of the target cell, and finally result in a serial of biology effect.
