摘　　要：目的评价实施"五位一体"的流动人口避孕节育个性化服务干预措施的有效性。方法选择深圳市计划生育服务中心作为研究现场,分别进行基本干预和全面干预;采用封闭自填式问卷调查收集定量数据资料,深入访谈及小组访谈进行定性资料的收集。结果所有问题的认知由干预前的60.9%提高到82.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前后服务对象的行为(领取避孕药具及坚持使用避孕措施)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);服务对象对候诊时间、就诊手续的满意度分别由干预前的80.5%,80.8%提高到97.02%,99%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预措施实施后,中心在宣教和服务方面与前期情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施"五位一体"的个性化干预措施可以有效提高中心的服务质量和服务满意度,且全面干预的效果较基本干预好。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of personalized family planning services in floating population. Methods Serf-administered questionnaire survey and in-depth and group interview were conducted among migrant visitors of Shenzhen city center for family planning service. Among 548 participants, 276 were collected ramdomly for basic intervention and 395 for overall intervention. Results The correct answer rate for all related questions increased from 60. 9% to 82. 2% after overall intervention with significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The usage rate of contraceptive measures increased sigificantly among the participants after the intervention（P 〈 0. 05） and the satisfaction rate for medical service among the participants also increased significantly（ P 〈 0. 05）. Condusion The implementation of personalized intervention can effectively improve family planning service quality and clients＇ satisfaction.
