摘 要:目的初步建立信息系统对传染病控制业务支持能力的评价体系。方法通过对传染病控制业务相关机构需求方的访谈和问卷调查,获取系统功能、业务流程现状,按优先级、难度和风险3个维度对传染病控制直接相关的需求进行分析,再根据未来需求特征对信息支持能力进行综合评价。结果获得4大类33项主要传染病控制功能需求指标,初步建立8个维度5个层级的能力评价指标体系。结论应用该能力评价指标体系及评分标准,可有效评价传染病控制信息系统的业务支持能力和成熟度。Objective To preliminarily build a system of indexes for evaluating information system's supporting ability in infectious disease control. Methods Interviews and questionnaire study on the demand of institutions involved in the disease control were conducted to acquire system function and current situation. Then analyses on directly related demand of infectious disease control were carded out in respects of priority, difficulty, and risk. Finally, composite evaluation of information supporting ability was done according to future demand characteristics. Results In all 33 items,4 types of main infectious disease control function demand were obtained and a system of indexes for ability evaluation was preliminarily founded with 8 dimensions and 5 hierarchies. Conclusion The evaluating indexes and scoring standard could be applied effectively in assessing the supporting ability and maturity of information system in infectious disease control.
