摘 要:探讨了生物活性纤维的研究目的、现状和制备方法,选择了聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为纤维基质,配伍以壳聚糖(CS)、丝胶(SS)分别作为生物活性功能材料与PVA共混,并选择相应的成形(成型)工艺制备了CS/PVA、SS/PVA共混膜及复合纤维。将共混膜样品浸泡于模拟体液进行生物降解实验,结果表明CS、SS能均匀地分布于PVA中,并对复合材料的生物降解有明显调整作用。研究结果为生物活性纤维的制备提供了依据。The purpose of research, status, basic requests and manufacturing method about bioactive fiber were discussed in this paper. First, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) choosed as a fiber carrier blend with chitosan (CS) and silk sericin (SS), which belong to functional bioactive materials. The film and composite fiber of CS/PVA, SS/PVA were prepared by a certain forming techonology. The samples were put into simulated body fluid (SBF) through a serious of biological degradation experiments. CS and SS can be dispersed into PVA uniformly, and are benefit to biological degradation of the composites. The results of the research will provide referenced proof for fabricating of bioactive fiber.
