胫骨高位截骨术治疗膝关节内侧间隔骨关节炎  

High tibial osteomy for osteoarthritis of knee' medial space of knee joints

摘　　要：自１９８８年５月～１９９６年６月应用膝关节外固定加压融合器行高位胫骨截骨术（ＨＴＯ）治疗伴有膝内翻畸形的内侧间隔骨性关节炎３０例４２膝，矫正胫骨内翻角度为３～１３度，平均６．９１度。随访１～８年，平均４年５个月。结果：优良率８５．７％（３６膝）。作者体会：ＨＴＯ是以生物力学原理为指导，具有截骨端愈合快、操作简便、合并症少。Between 1988 and 1996, high tibial osteotomy was performed by using external fixator on 42 knee joints of 30 patients for genu varus due to osteoarthritis of medial space. All patients were followedup for 1 year to 8 years with an average of 4.5 years. The results showed well curable rate was 85.7%(36 knees) with a few complications. A discussin was given to the biomechanics of the combined conventrymaquet osteotomy.
