摘  要:目的:探讨弥散张量成像(DTI)在脑肿瘤中的临床应用价值。方法:对10例正常人及18例脑肿瘤患者(5例胶质母细胞瘤,7例Ⅱ级星形细胞瘤,6例脑膜瘤)行弥散张量成像,并用后处理软件进行脑白质纤维束的三维显示。结果:全部志愿者和患者均可清楚显示白质纤维束的形态,18例脑肿瘤患者可以观察到病灶区白质纤维束不同程度的受压移位、中断、破坏、浸润等异常表现。结论:弥散张量成像可以无创性地为肿瘤分级提供有价值的信息;并可以在活体内立体观察白质纤维束的形态变化以及与颅内病灶之间的关系,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective: To evaluate the clinical application of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) in cerebral tumors. Methods: 10 volunteers and 18 patients were performed with DTI (including 5 patients with glioblastoma, 7 patients with astrocytoma and 6 patients with meningioma) ,All data were processed with software packages to show three dimensional images of the white matter fiber tract. Result: White matter fiber tract in all volunteers and patients could be observed clearly. White matter fiber tract in 18 cases with cerebral tumors showed transition, disruption or infiltration with different degrees. Conclusion: DTI can provide some useful information with non-invasively in the grade of tumors. DTI also can observe the shape changes of fiber tract, and evaluating their relationship with brain lesions in vivo. It has important clinical application value.
