复方甘草酸苷片的稳定性考察

摘　　要：目的:通过复方甘草酸苷片的稳定性考察,为有效期的确定提供依据。方法:对复方甘草酸苷片进行影响因素试验,加速试验和长期试验,并对各放置条件下的样品进行质量评价。结果:在影响因素试验,加速试验6个月,长期试验9个月时,各项质量指标的检测结果符合要求。结论:在市售包装条件下,两年有效期内复方甘草酸苷片质量稳定、可靠。Objective： To determine the validity of compound glycyrrhizin tablets by inspecting the stability of it. Methods： Examine the quality of compound glycyrrhizin tablets under different conditions, include stress test, accelerated test and long-term test. Results： The results indicated that the quality indexes of invetigation samples are stable after stress test, 6 months accelerated test and 9 months long-term test. Conclusion： The results of stability test showed that the quality of compound glycyrrhizin tablets was stable and reliable with commercially available pack within two years.
