坤复康治疗寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎43例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:通过超声观察研究坤复康治疗寒湿凝滞型盆腔炎的疗效。方法:选择符合慢性(寒湿凝滞型)诊断标准的病例83例,随机分为治疗组43例,对照组40例。治疗组服用坤复康;对照组静滴青霉素+甲硝唑静滴;治疗前和治疗3个疗程后分别以超声检查观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率88.3%,对照组总有效率62.5%。结论:坤复康治疗寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎是一种方便有效的方法。Objective： To investigate the result of KunFuKang in curing the cold-dampness to freezing typed chronic pelvic inflammatory by transonogram. Methods： To select 83 patients which accord with diagnostic criteria of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, they were divided into two groups by random. The treat group involve in 43 patients, and the other 40 formed the control group. The patients of treat group took KunFuKang, the control group veiv shot penicllinum and arilim, the condition before and after three course of therapy. Result： The total effective rate of treat group is 88.3%, the total effective rate of control group is 62. 5%. Conclusion. Take KunFuKang to cure the cold-dampness to freezing typed chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is an effective.
