膝关节滑膜皱襞综合征的关节镜诊治

摘　　要：作者从１９９２年１月～１９９５年１０月行关节镜下切除病变滑膜皱襞治疗膝关节滑膜皱襞综合征共５６例，平均随访３年零５个月，疗效满意。Arthroscopic excision is the best choice in the surgical treatment of plica syndrome in the knee.From January 1992 to October 1995, 56 cases consisting of different kinds of the plica syndrome were treated using arthroscopic control to excise the plica.The age of the patients ranged from 16 to 59 years with an average of 35 years.The follow up period lasted from two to five years,with an average of 3.5 years.Excellent and good results depend on the proper case selection and perfect surgical technique.
