摘　　要：应用多元回归结构方程模型对农村地区危机管理问题进行了定量研究,建立的模型不但可以得到政府部门危机管理能力的量化结果还可用于分析不同构成型因素对危机管理能力的影响.为了验证模型的有效性,通过在我国西部地区对建立的公共危机缓解模型进行实证研究,研究结果对于西部地区危机缓解能力的提高具有较高的指导意义.It use multiple regression structural equation model to study quantitatively the public crisis management of rural areas. By the model, not only the quantitative results of government ability for crisis management can be got, but also it can analysis the effect to crisis management from different factors. In order to verify the validity of the model, we make an empirical research on China＇ s western region through the mitigation model for public crisis, and the results can enhance the capability of mitigation crisis for the western region.
