摘　　要：中亚地区自苏联解体之后,原苏共体成员国由于对俄罗斯的传统依赖以及经济水平普遍不高等原因导致大量非法移民的产生,从而给非法移民接受国带来一系列社会、文化和环境等问题,对中亚地区以至周边国际社会的安全产生一定程度的负面影响。非法移民问题成为中亚地区非传统安全问题的重要部分,由于中亚地区非法移民问题的长期性、复杂性和国际化等特点,决定了非法移民问题必须通过地区内部的紧密合作以及各国之间的通力合作等途径予以解决。Since Soviet Union disintegrated, the low economic development in the member countries of original Communist Party of the Soviet Union body and their traditional dependency on Russia generates lots of illegal emigrants, which causes a series of social,cultural and environmental problems to the receiving countries and has negative effects on the security of Central Asia and international society. The problem of illegal emigrants became an important part in the nontraditional security issue in the Central Asia region. Because of its complexity and globalization, it needs full devotion and cooperation of inner parts of this region and relevant countries.
