慢性肾衰竭患者卟啉代谢的研究

摘　　要：目的：研究慢性肾衰竭患者的卟啉代谢的变动。方法：反相高效液相色谱法（ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ）。结果：提出测定血液和尿中５种卟啉化合物的方法，并对３４例健康正常者和６７例慢性肾衰竭患者尿液和血液中的卟啉化合物进行测定和讨论。结论：本方法简便、快速。Objective:To study the alterations in porphyrin metabolism in chronic renal failure patients.Methods:Reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC).Results:A highly sensitive and simple method for measuring 5 porphyrins contents in the urine and blood was established,and the 5 porphyrins contents in the urine and blood of 34 normal healthy subjects and 67 chronic renal failure patients were determined.Conclusion:This method is accurate,the reproductibility is good.
