摘 要:Through collecting the radiation of tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding arc, the radiation distribution in ultraviolet zone is analyzed in order to study the variation rule of ultraviolet radiation versus welding condition. The explanation for the variation is also provided based on spectral radiation theory of arc light. Furthermore, through analysis of disturbance factors, the integral intensity signal of radiation in ultraviolet zone is applied for diagnosis of welding process.
