浙江生物入侵现状与防范途径的研究

摘　　要：探讨浙江省生物入侵防范途径和法制防范、公众参与生态价值,有助于从源头和传播途径防治生物入侵。基于文献收集、实地考察的资料,本文认为主管部门官员和公众的生态防范意识薄弱、仅注重外来物种的表观的、单一的、短期的利用价值,加之浙江省部分地段植被退化或被简化构建,结果成为当前浙江省生物入侵的综合驱动力。据此,提出从外来物种引入、退化植物群落管理角度,构建具有约束和问责功能的法制防范复合体系。To reveal the prevention means of biological invasion and the ecological significance of the legal prevention, public partici- pation in Zhejiang province will help prevent the biological invasion from the source and the spread ways. Based on the documents on the biological invasions topic and the first - hand investigation, the synthetic driving forces of the biological invasions in Zhejiang prov- ince have been summarized as follow ： the ecological prevention consciousness of administrative department officers remains underdevel- oped, the application values of alien species are focused only on apparent, single one and a short time, and the vegetation at different parts of Zhejiang province has been declined or reconstructed with a few plant species. Therefore, according to the introduction of alien species and the administration of degraded plant community, the complex system of legal supervision with the functions of the restriction and the accountability should be reconstructed.
