白刺属植物化学成分的研究现状与发展趋势

摘　　要：迄今已有很多学者对白刺属植物进行过广泛的研究。本文就白刺属植物的化学成分及开发利用价值的研究作了相关的综述,从果实、种子以及叶子的化学成分、营养价值和工业用途几方面综述了白刺属的研究结果,同时指出了目前研究中存在的局限性和今后应努力的方向,为更深入的研究和开发利用白刺属植物资源提供依据。So far, many scholars have been carried out extensive research in plants of Nitrafia. This paper mainly sums up the study result about chemical composition and value of exploitation and utilization to plants of Nitraria, which includes chemical composition, nutritional value and industrial use for the fruits, seeds and leaves of Nitraria, and points out that current limitations in the study and fu- ture efforts should be made to the direction, provides the basis for in - depth research and development and use of plant resources belonged to Nitraria.
