摘　　要：民族文化与现代文明的对接,既是理论更是实践。具有千年悠久传统的大理白族文化,在与现代文明的碰撞中,实现了民族文化自觉的提升与超越。具体表现在本主文化从传统到现代的超越、餐饮文化走向世界、民居文化的尴尬处境三个方面。The integration of ethnic cultures and modem civilization relies on the combination of theory and practice. The culture of the Bai nationality in Dali has a history of one thousand years and its integration with modern civilization has helped the enhancement and transcendence of its cultural consciousness, which finds expression in the following three aspects ： the transcendence of Benzhu culture from the traditional to the modem, the introduction of Bai dietary culture to the outside world and the embarrassed situation of the local residence culture.
