摘　　要：现行测试ATMP活性组分方法有HG/T2841-1997(97版)和HG/T2841-2005(05本文结果05版标准操作简单,终点易判定,测试结果的精密度≥0.2%,规定了ATMP含量测试方法,有利于得到准确的检验结果。Active component of the existing test methods of ATMP has two standards： HG /T 2841-1997 （ 97 version ） and HG / T 2841- 2005 （05 Edition）. In this paper, two standards were compared, and the results showed that the 05 version of the standard is easy to determine the end, the test results of the precision of ≥ 0.2%, and provides content ATMP testing methods that has been conducive to more accurate test results. In addition, this article also diseussed the ammonia - ammonium chloride buffer solution and Murexide indicator usage and Murexide, Eriochrome Black T indicator of shelf-life impact of the test results.
