摘  要:通过分析地球物理仪器和C8051F320单片机的结构特点,探讨了C8051F320单片机在地球物理仪器中的应用。C8052F320单片机不仅配置灵活,还集成了多种模拟和数字外设,开发设计方便。根据地球物理仪器的基本原理给出了系统的设计框图,详细探讨了电源电路和复位电路的设计。利用片内温度传感器和10位带模拟多路器的模数转换器ADC(Analogto Digital Converter)能够实现对系统温度的监测。集成的通用串行总线USB(Universal SerialBus)功能控制器和软件包使得无需专门的硬件技术就能方便的实现USB(Universal Serial Bus)总线传输;利用可编程计数器阵列PCA(Programmable Counter Array)的16位脉宽调制PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)方式控制输出电压的幅值和频率,从而使电法仪达到测量的目的。同时设计的基于C8051F320单片机的超声波测距仪,在提高测距精度的同时实现了USB(Universal Serial Bus)总线传输,具有一定的参考价值。The frame of geophysical instrument and C8051F320 device is described. It approaches the C8051F320 device application of geophysical instrument from different angles. C8051F320 device is configurable and integrates many analog peripherals and digital peripherals. Therefore, the design based on C8051F320 device is user - friendly and convenient. According to the principles of geophysical instrument, it gives the frame of system and analyses the design of power supply part and reset circuits. It can monitor the temperature of the system by on - chip temperature sensor and 10 - bit ADC (Analog to Digital Converter) with analog multiplexer. Integrated USB (Universal Serial Bus) function controller and supporting software makes USB technology development conveniently without technical skills. To alter amplitude and frequency of output voltage for resistivity measurement instrument set PCA (Programmable Counter Array) in 16 - bit PWM (Pulse Width Modulator) mode. Moreover the ultrasonic range finder based on C8051F320 is carried out already. It improves the accuracy and supports USB2.0 protocol, so that it is a really worthwhile design.
