儿童恶性骨肿瘤患者留置PICC导管的安全管理

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童恶性骨肿瘤患者留置经外周中心静脉导管的安全管理，达到“一针穿刺，全程治疗”的安全管理模式。方法对留置经外周中心静脉导管的28例儿童恶性骨肿瘤患者进行规范的置管前、中、后的安全管理；并对置管成功率、留管时间及并发症等进行统计。结果28例中一次性置管成功27例，占96．4％；二次置管成功14例，占3．6％；总置管成功率100％；留管时间长，为25—314d；并发症少。结论儿童恶性骨肿瘤患者留置经外周中心静脉导管进行规范的安全管理，护理效果理想，值得临床推广应用。Objective ：To investigate children with malignant bone tumor in patients with indwelling catheter PICC security management to a＂oneneedle aspiration,the whole treatment of＂security management model. Method：the indwelling PICC catheter 28 cases of children with malignant bone tumor in patients with a standardized catheter before,during and after the safety management;and the success rate of catheter stay and complications such as tube time statistics.Results：28 eases of success in the disposable catheter 27 cases,accounting for 96.4% ;the success of the second catheter Example 1 ,accounting for 3.6% ;total catheterization success rate was 100% ;stay tube a long time for the 25-314d; complications. Condusion： Children with malignant bone tumor in patients with indwelling catheter PICC to regulate the safety of management, nursing the results are satisfactory, worthy of Clinical application.
