利用护理统计信息对消毒供应室资源的有效管理

摘　　要：目的合理配置供应室的人力和物质资源，降低护理成本。方法利用护理统计信息对供应各科无菌包的基数配置以实际对应的业务工作量、无菌包供应量、无茵包的使用量结合。无菌包使用率为（95±3）%，过期包占用率为（5±3）％为基数配置和调整依据。供应室人员的配置以临床护士日均工作量与供应室护士日均工作量相对平衡为配置原则，测算供应室人员配置与无菌包供应量之比为1：30为主要的配置依据。结果无菌包的使用率提高达95％左右，过期包的占用率下降到3％左右，供应室护士工作效率提高、满意度上升（p〈0．05），差异有统计学意义。结论利用护理统计信息对消毒供应室资源进行管理，能将有限的资源适当地分配给预期或计划中的各项活动，达到最佳配置效果。Objective： Rational use human resources and material resources in Supply room,to reduce production Nursing cost.Methods：To use the Nursing statistical information,Combine the base number of sterility pack with corresponding quantity of work,the supply and the use of sterility pack.According to the rate of use of sterility pack was （95±3）% ,the rate of out of date pack was （5±3）% to support the adjustment.The distribution of person in Supply room keeps a balance of the amount of work between clinical nurse and the nurse in Supply room,the rate is 1： 30 between the person in Supply room and the Supply of steriliy pack.Results：the ratio of use about sterility pack was raising,about 95 percent. The ratio of out of date pack was dropping to about 3 percent.Work efficiency and degree of satisfaction were rising. The difference was remarkable.Conclusion：Rational use of the Nursing statistical information,management of the resource in Supply room.Distribute the limited resource to anticipated or planning work, to the best effeetion.
