自拟方与辨证论治抑郁症的比较研究

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟中药解郁汤与中医辨证论治对抑郁症的临床治疗效果。方法将62例抑郁症患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组31例。对照组应用西药结合中医辨证论治;治疗组应用西药加服自拟中药解郁汤治疗。用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定临床疗效。结果两组总有效率、HAMD评分比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论自拟中药解郁汤与中医辨证论治对抑郁症的临床治疗效果相当。Objective To discuss the efficacy on depression treated with Chinese herbal formula,Jie Yu Tang and treatment determination according to syndrome differentiation in Chinese Medicine. Methods 62 cases of depression were divided randomly into control group and treatment group ,31 cases in each one. In control group, the cases were treated by the integration of western drug and treatment determination according to syndrome differentiation in Chinese Medicine. In treatment group, the cases were treated with western drug and supplemented with Chinese herbal decoction,Jie Yu Tang. Hamilton depression scale（HAMD）was adopted to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results No significant differences were discovered in the total effective rate and HAMD scores in comparison of two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal decoction ,Jie Yu Tang on depression is similar to that in terms of treatment determination according to syndrome difference in Chinese medicine.
