摘 要:目的探讨铜仁地区气象因素对老年高血压患者血压的影响。方法采用SPSS10.0统计软件对研究对象同期老年高血压患者的血压与气象因素进行相关分析。结果老年高血压患者的血压与日均气温(P<0.01)、风速(P<0.05)、日照时数(P<0.01)、旬降水量(P<0.05)呈负相关,与日均气压(P<0.01)呈正相关;但多元逐步回归分析显示,只有日均气温分别与收缩压和舒张压之间建立回归方程(P<0.01),其他几项均未被选入方程。结论气象因素可以导致老年高血压患者的血压波动,但主要是气温的作用,气温升高时可以使血压下降,气温降低时可以使血压升高。Objective To discuss the impacts of meteorological factors on blood pressure in elderly hypertension. Methods Statistical software SPSS 10.0 was used in correlation analysis between blood pressure in elderly hypertension and meteorological factors in the same period. Results Blood pressure in elderly hypertension had negative correlation with mean daily temperature (P 〈0.01), wind speed (P〈0.05), isolation duration(P〈0.01) and ten-day rainfall (P〈0.05) ; and had positive correlation with mean daily pressure(P〈0.01). But multiple regression analysis showed that regression equation was established only between mean daily temperature and systolic pressure and diastolic pressure respectively (P〈0.01). The other indexes had not been included in the equation. Conclusion The meteorological factors induce the changes in blood pressure in elderly hypertension, in which, climatic temperature is predominated. The cli- mate warming induces the drop of blood pressure and the cooling leads to the elevation of blood pressure.
