摘 要:在分析现有的电能质量综合评估方法的基础上,提出了一种基于时变权重的电能质量综合评估新方法。该方法以各项电能质量指标限值归一化为依据赋予各项指标客观权重,通过层次分析法赋予各项指标主观权重,利用离差最大化模型求取各指标的组合权重,根据组合权重构建电能质量综合指标,在考核周期内对综合指标进行考察,确定电能质量的综合属性。计算结果表明:由于该方法充分利用周期内电能质量的详细实时信息和严格的权重优化分配模型,对电能质量的综合评估结果更加科学和准确。After analyzing the synthetic assessment methods of power quality at present,a new method of power quality integrated assessment based on time-varying weights is proposed in this paper.According to the normalized value of power quality indicators,we can get the objective weights.Through the AHP(analytical hierarchy process),the subjective weights can be calculated. The combined weigths of power quality indicators can be calculated according to the model of maximizing deviations.Finally, by building an integrated power quality index and studying the integrated index in the evaluation cycle,integrated property of power quality is determined.The results show that due to taking full advantage of the detailed information of power quality in the cycle and the model of the weights optimization distribution,the results of the integrated power quality assessment are more scientific and accurate.
