酸性染料比色法测定海南木莲中的总生物碱

摘　　要：为了建立测量海南木莲中总生物碱含量的方法,采用了酸性染料比色法,并对线性范围、加标回收率、精密度和稳定性等项目进行了方法学考察.线性方程为A=0.0381C-0.00637,r=0.9998.结果表明,海南木莲叶中生物碱的平均含量为0.179%,RSD=0.84%(n=5),枝中平均含量为0.089%,RSD=0.49%(n=5).本法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于海南木莲的质量控制.To establish a method for quantitative determination of the total alkaloids in Manglietia hainanensis Dandy, acid dye colorimetry was used and methodology was examined for linear range, average recovery, precision and stability. The standard curve was A = 0.0381C - 0.006 37, r = 0.999 8. The average content of leaves was 0.179 % ,RSD= 0.84 %（n = 5） and the average content of branches was 0.089 % ,RSD = 0.49 %（n =5）. The method is accurate, reliable, simple, which can be used for quality control of Manglietia hainanensis Dandy.
