摘  要:针对树脂基加固胶耐火性差的缺点所研制的一种化学激发胶凝材料,用作钢筋混凝土梁加固用的无机加固胶,具有耐高温、隔热性能好的特点,对2根钢筋混凝土梁进行对比试验,分析实际加固效果。结果表明,与未加固构件相比,使用该无机加固胶加固的钢筋混凝土梁在钢筋屈服前的刚度提高了1.4倍,三点抗弯梁的极限荷载提高22%,最大挠度提高50%。A kind of chemical exciting cementitious material used as inorganic for reinforced concrete beam, which is developed in allusion to bad fire resistance of resin-based strengthening agglutinant,has advantages dealt with high strength,strong corrosion resistance,good fire resistance and high thermal insulation.It was shown by testing on 2 girders that compared to the no strengthened beam,rigidity of the beam reinforced by the inorganic strengthening agglutinant was increased by 1.4 times,limit load on beam by 3 point bending was increased by 22%,the maximum flexivity was increased by 50%, which is higher than that of the common reinforced concrete beam markedly.
