摘  要:对两种磷酸盐和四种醇胺类水泥助磨剂进行了助磨效果和对水泥常规物理性能影响的研究。在此基础上,重点研究了两类水泥助磨剂对水泥与混凝土外加剂适应性的影响,并对其机理进行了初探。结果表明:磷酸盐A中期助磨效果最明显,三乙醇胺和丙三醇中后期助磨效果都比较好;丙三醇和三乙醇胺增强效果较好;各助磨剂单体对凝结时间和标准稠度用水量影响不大;磷酸盐类水泥助磨剂对水泥与外加剂的适应性有所改善,而醇胺类水泥助磨剂对水泥与外加剂的适应性有不良影响。Grinding effect and effect of cement property on two phosphates and four alcohols cement grinding aids were studied.Particularly, the effect of two cement grinding aids on compatibility of cement and concrete additive are researched.And the mechanics was primarily explored.The results show that aids-grinding effect of sodium hexameta phosphate and late medium stage of glycerin are better, specific area was respectively added 36,19 and 25 m^2/kg;Enhancing effect of glycerin is best, compression strength and bend strength of 3 d/28 d is respectively increased by 2.6 MPa/6.7 MPa,and 0.6 MPa/0.7 MPa;The effect of these grinding aids on time of setting and the water requirement of consistency for cement aren't very great;Phosphates grinding aids can improve the compatibility of cement and additives, while alcohols grinding aids has bad effect.This research production features guide meaning for usage of product manufacturer and composite mixture of grinding aids.
