纤维内镜下网篮套取气管异物18例

摘　　要：目的探讨电视监视纤维内镜下网篮套取气管异物的疗效。方法对18例气管异物患者采用黏膜表麻,电视监视纤维内镜下网篮套取气管异物,并分析异物的种类、异物停留部位及术后疗效。结果18例气管异物经电视监视纤维内镜下网篮套取均成功取出,术后症状明显消失,无并发症发生。结论黏膜表麻,电视监视纤维内镜下网篮套取气管异物,疗效好,手术创伤小,是治疗气管异物的一种安全、有效的方法。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of wire basket under flexible endoscope in removal of airway foreign bodies. Methods Airway foreign bodies were removed with a wire basket under flexible endoscope in all 18 patients under local mueosal anesthesia. The localization and categories of the removed foreign bodies, and postoperative complications were analyzed. Results The airway foreign bodies were removed successfully with the wire basket under flexible endoscope in all 1 8 patients. In all cases , symptoms were relieved immediately after procedure and no operative complications were observed. Conclusion Due to the advantages of safety, good effectiveness and minimal invasion, the wire basket technigue under flexible endoscope is favorable in removal of airway foreign bodies.
